Noel McClain

Senior Director, Human Resources

Noel McClain is the Senior Director, Human Resources for Helios Education Foundation. She contributes to the strategic growth of the organization by designing, developing, planning and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support organizational and departmental strategic goals. This includes leading talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, coaching/mentoring, performance management and employee relations.

She helps shape the Foundation’s thriving workplace culture by promoting a collaborative, knowledge-sharing, equitable and efficient workplace with opportunities for employee growth and development. Ms. McClain has brought her extensive experience in human resources to mission-driven, government and private sector organizations. 

Ms. McClain earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Arizona. Ms. McClain holds the designation of two national certifications, the Society for Human Resource Management, and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), the HR Certification Institute, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
