Jayce Jimmerson

Information Technology Specialist

Jayce Jimmerson is an Information Technology Specialist at Helios Education Foundation where he handles various IT tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technology systems. In this role, he manages technical issues, implements IT solutions, and provides support to ensure that IT functions are running efficiently. His work involves troubleshooting problems, maintaining systems, and working closely with colleagues to address any technology-related needs.

Prior to joining Helios, Jayce worked as a Desktop Support Technician at Sprouts Farmers Market. There, he was responsible for helping employees with technical issues, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring that technology was functioning correctly.

Jayce is currently an honors student at Phoenix College, working towards a bachelor's degree in information technology. He holds a CompTIA A+, and a Duo Help Desk Administrator certification and is pursuing additional certifications for CompTIA Security+ and Network+.
