At Helios Education Foundation, we believe education has the power to transform lives and communities. It opens the door to a world of opportunity by equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge to compete in a global economy.
Helios is a young organization with big ambitions. Our focus within education includes: Early Childhood Education, the Transition Years (Grades 5 - 12), and Postsecondary Scholarships. Increasing the success of students across the pre-kindergarten through postsecondary education continuum drives the decision-making of our organization.
As a result, we strive to:
- Have more children, ages 0-5, enter school ready to succeed;
- Increase the number of youth, grades 5-12, staying in school, transitioning between the stages of education and graduating academically prepared; and
- Grow the number of young adults succesfully completing postsecondary programs and entering the workforce.
Partnership is a paramount to our work in education. Our commitment is to have our staff actively engaged in the education arena in both Arizona and Florida, continuously seeking knowledge, fostering collaboration and seizing opportunities.
